The Ride to Freedom

Another fantastic artist I have discovered is Denzil. Denzil is advancing her art bit by bit and has number of pieces I just have to highlight here.

Statues

This image just freaked me out when I saw it. It’s a wicked play of light and shadows and a definate talking point.

Beached

With it’s wonderfully vivid colours and contrasting grey waters, this piece is almost a subliminal trip to a holiday resort. It’s like the sheer delight of tipping a whole box of coloured candy into your hand. Heaven.

The Halo

A picture of inference. You see only the shadow – the absence of light. Yet in that shadow is a whole story. And it is no ordinary shadow, dark and black. This is almost a living shadow – it glows with love and with life.

Sticker

It’s stark but it’s fascinating. Still life – literally, and from an angle you’ll rarely see. It’s almost alien, yet very naturally part of our own planet earth. ‘Sticker’ will stick with you – more a ‘gasping’ point than a talking point and delightful in every way.

Can’t you imagine these wonderful pieces hanging on your wall? They really are gorgeous and would compliment pretty well most decores. But another reason to buy is because any proceeds from Denzil’s sales on RedBubble will be donated to Riding for the Disabled in South Australia. This is a very worthwhile cause and one that you can support while enjoying some truly amazing wall art.
